According to LinkedIn, Head of Revenue Operations is one of the fastest-growing job titles over the past five years, resulting in a demand for go-to-market operations professionals with skills and knowledge to use new technologies like the Openprise RevOps Data Automation (RDA) Cloud.
The certification program provides Openprise customers and partners with access to knowledge and techniques to fully maximize their Openprise RDA Cloud deployment. Additionally, this program seeks to expand the RevOps talent pool, making it easier for businesses to recruit and nurture skilled professionals to quickly grow their organization and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

The new Openprise certification program includes:
- Openprise Foundation Certification: designed to certify expertise in data foundation processes. To earn this, users must complete four certification tests: data essentials, segmentation, deduplication, and lead-to-account matching.
- Openprise Sales Ops Certification: designed to certify expertise in sales operations processes. To earn this, users must complete five certification tests: lead routing, lead routing advanced, movers, movers advanced, and government blacklist.
- Openprise Marketing Ops Certification: designed to certify expertise in marketing operations processes. To earn this, users must complete ten certification tests: attribution, attribution advanced, lead routing, lead routing advanced, list loading, movers, movers advanced, scoring, UTM mapping, and UTM mapping advanced.
Customers must complete Openprise Foundation Certification before completing the Marketing or Sales Ops Certifications. Openprise Foundation Certification is available to Openprise customers on November 13, 2023. Openprise Sales Ops Certification and Openprise Marketing Ops Certification will be available in early 2024.
