The categories
The drivers awards are comprised of six categories:Driving Business Impact
This category recognizes RevOps teams that use Openprise to dramatically improve business processes, resulting in a direct impact on business performance. The winner must demonstrate a significant impact on business outcomes in any or all of these areas: increased revenue, improved operational efficiency, or reduced costs.
Driving Data and Funnel Visibility
This category recognizes RevOps teams that excelled at integrating data from multiple sources into a solid foundation using Openprise. The winner must have created order from chaos by combining data sets to enable multiple teams to have a shared vision of their data and funnel.
Driving Efficiency
This category recognizes RevOps teams that transformed the Ops function from a helpdesk to a strategic team with a critical impact on the business’s top line. The winner must demonstrate the ability to crank up the RevOps engine for maximum output and achieve more with fewer resources.
Driving Stack Optimization
This category recognizes RevOps teams that have a holistic vision in creating the most efficient RevOps tech stack. The winner must demonstrate the ability to anticipate future RevOps use cases and think strategically when planning and building the most optimal process and technology stack.
Driving Creativity
This category recognizes RevOps teams that use Openprise in an unconventional way. The winner must demonstrate a unique business need that required creating entirely new business cases that bring data together and use it to drive business and deliver information to teams in a novel way.
Rookie of the Year
This category recognizes RevOps teams that have started using Openprise in the last year, and are doing amazing, fun RevOps projects using the platform.

Winners of the Driving Business Impact Award
8×8 is a global organization that provides cloud-based, VoIP solutions, bringing together cloud, mobile, collaboration, video, and data science technologies. 8×8 embraced the openness and flexibility of Openprise’s RevOps data automation platform to strategically deliver business value: The 8×8 team was able to achieve 99.9% routing efficiency, eliminate manual processing, and achieve significant savings in pursuit of quality leads. The team scaled with the platform to streamline, expand, and enable multiple divisions and regions of 8×8.

Winners of the Driving Data and Funnel Visibility Award
Zscaler accelerates digital transformation so customers can be more agile, efficient, resilient, and secure. Distributed across more than 150 data centers globally, the SSE-based Zero Trust Exchange is the world’s largest in-line cloud security platform. The Zscaler team set out to provide data and funnel transparency and achieve alignment throughout the entire organization. The Zscaler team went through several iterations of the attribution models, adding additional data over time, and today continue working on data and model optimization to accelerate funnel conversion and make data-driven decisions.

Rimini Street is a global provider of enterprise software support and the leading third-party support provider for Oracle and SAP. Rimini Street initially used Openprise to cleanse, normalize, and segment customer data. With top operational efficiency in mind, Rimini Street was able to automate previously manual processes and reduce processing time by 60%. With a fully-functioning self-service model in place, the Rimini Street team boosted productivity five times over, helping to reallocate headcount and resources.

Winners of the Driving Stack Optimization Award
Clari is a revenue operations company that provides end-to-end sales analytics to improve sales efficiency, predictability, and growth across the entire revenue process. Upon procuring Openprise, the Clari team immediately embarked on a data quality and attribution project to optimize marketing spend. Through this project, the Clari team strategically streamlined and aggregated RevOps data and processes from multiple point solutions, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in technology cost-savings alone. The Clari team no longer has to maintain multiple siloed point solutions and can now make better investment decisions based on attribution intelligence.

By partnering with Openrise, SecurityScorecard addressed key initiatives related to increasing customer install-base and new-logo revenue. SecurityScorecard creatively leveraged Openrise to analyze customer product usage data and better understand revenue signals to provide leading indicators for renewal and risks.

Winners of the Rookie of the Year Award
insightsoftware is a leading provider of reporting, analytics, and performance management solutions.. In less than six months, the insightsoftware team introduced many critical RevOps processes, including data cleansing and standardization, contacts deduplication, lead-to-account matching, and list loading. These projects removed 7% of contacts via deduplicates, consolidated processes from point solutions to Openprise, and promoted cross-team collaboration.
