SAN MATEO, CA, March 7, 2023 — Openprise, a leader in revenue operations (RevOps) data automation, today announced that veteran sales leader John McKillop has joined its growing team as chief revenue officer. McKillop will lead the company’s sales organization, overseeing all aspects of sales and business development.
McKillop’s addition to Openprise comes in tandem with the company’s continued focus on championing the rapidly growing Revenue Operations (RevOps) Data Automation category. With this momentum, Openprise is delivering on its mission to make data work for companies struggling with overcrowded technology stacks and fragmented revenue funnel data and operations.

An industry veteran, McKillop brings more than 25 years of successful sales leadership and extensive experience building global teams. He joins Openprise from Quantum Corporation where he was senior vice president of Americas sales, responsible for sales, sales operations, and strategic global go-to-market initiatives, including software model transitions and strategic acquisitions, while leading the largest profit center for the company.
Prior to this role, he was senior vice president of global sales at Quantum Corporation, where he led a team of more than 300 people and drove go-to-market strategy across all global market segments. He previously held other senior sales positions at Quantum Corporation, Advanced Digital Information Corporation, and EMC/Legato.
