Who is the Openprise partner program designed for?

The Openprise Connect Partner Program is built for three types of organizations. Technology partners looking to integrate their product with the Openprise platform and offer joint solutions to shared customers. Services partners, including consulting firms, systems integrators, and agencies, who want to build a practice around Openprise implementations and data orchestration strategy. And referral partners who work closely with enterprise Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams and want to introduce Openprise as part of a broader GTM stack recommendation. If your customers are running complex go-to-market operations and struggling with data quality, automation, or AI readiness, there is likely a strong fit. Reach out to the partner team and we will help you figure out which track makes the most sense for your business.

How do I become an Openprise partner?

The process starts with a conversation. Submit your interest through the partner registration form on this page and a member of the Openprise partner team will follow up within two business days. From there, we will walk you through the program tracks, commercial terms, and onboarding steps that apply to your type of organization. Most new partners are fully onboarded within four weeks, with access to training, certification, co-marketing resources, and a dedicated partner success contact. We do not have a long approval committee or a gatekeeping process. If there is a genuine fit and a shared customer base, we move quickly.

How does Openprise handle deals that overlap between the direct sales team and a partner?

Deal registration is the foundation of how we protect partner-sourced opportunities. When you register a deal through the partner portal, that opportunity is flagged in our CRM and your involvement is tracked and credited throughout the sales cycle. If Openprise's direct sales team is already engaged with the same account, we will tell you upfront and work out the right path forward collaboratively. We do not have a culture of channel conflict at Openprise. Partners who bring us into accounts are partners we want to keep, and that means being transparent about pipeline, protecting your margins, and making sure you get credit for the relationships you build. If you ever have a concern about a specific deal, your partner success contact is the first call to make.

What training and certification resources are available to partners?

Partners get access to the full Openprise training library, including platform certification courses for technical team members, solution-specific enablement for common use cases like list loading, lead routing, enrichment, and AI orchestration, and sales enablement materials to support joint customer conversations. Certification is structured so your team can get credentialed and delivering independently, without relying on Openprise professional services for every customer engagement. We also run regular partner training sessions, product update briefings, and office hours with the Openprise solutions team. The goal is to make your team as capable as ours at positioning, configuring, and supporting the platform for enterprise customers.
